This October, Faith Deliverance Family Worship Center will gather for our special 60•30•20 "It's A Family Affair" Celebration Weekend, October 22–25, 2026, as we celebrate God's faithfulness to our church and honor the ministry and leadership of Pastor Harold L. Johnson, Jr. and First Lady Karen Johnson.
And we have great news for those who still want to be included in our commemorative "Family Affair" Souvenir Journal: the deadline for journal ads and sponsorships has been EXTENDED!

If you haven't submitted your ad yet, this is your opportunity! We invite churches, ministries, businesses, families, friends, former members, and community partners to place an ad, congratulatory message, tribute, or words of appreciation in this special keepsake.

Please help us ensure your ad looks its best in the printed journal:
*All submitted artwork must be HIGH RESOLUTION and PRINT READY.
*Ad file attachments may be submitted in the following formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG, PSD, PDF, or MS Word.
Submit your completed form and ad artwork no later than August 31, 2026.
August 31 is the FINAL, HARD DEADLINE. After this date, the journal must be finalized for printing and no additional ads or submissions can be accepted.
The attached sponsorship packet includes additional information regarding available individual ads, corporate sponsorship opportunities, pricing, submission requirements, and the fillable form that must accompany your ad.
