The Bible says the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Jesus was Gods glory among us. John 1;14.
But we are commanded to recognize His glory, honor His glory, declare His glory, praise His glory, reflect His glory an live for His glory.
Why? Because God deserves it, we owe Him every honor we could possibly give Him.

Compassion at the crossroads 🙏🏻

Pastor Bill reminded us on Sunday —
Even in the middle of unimaginable suffering, Jesus chose compassion.

In Gospel of John 19:25–27, while carrying the weight of the world, He paused to care for His mother—entrusting her to John.

That’s who He is.
A Savior who sees.
A Savior who cares.

No matter how dark it feels, God still brings light.

A midweek reminder from Pastor Bill’s message on Sunday:

In the garden, Jesus cried, “Let this cup pass from Me.”

It wasn’t just about the pain. It was about the weight of separation from the Father.
The true cost of sin is separation… and He chose to take that on for us.

Last week, Pastor Bill spoke from 📖 Mark 12:28–34 about the greatest commandment. When asked, Jesus answered simply: Love God and love your neighbor as yourself.

Loving God means being honest with Him and allowing Him to shape our hearts. Growth begins with honestly assessing our relationship with God, allowing Him to correct us, and choosing habits that help us grow like reading Scripture, talking with God, and surrounding ourselves with other believers.

Reminder: Loving God and loving others is only possible with God’s help. 🙏
