From a recent applicant for assistance in making her Aliyah to Israel:
Until recently, I had not experienced anything directly. We live in the heart of Brooklyn, which is so
diverse and for the most part, everyone lives side by side with each other. The climate has changed
significantly in the recent months, with anti-Israel, anti-Jewish protests happening just 2 blocks from our
house. To note – my car is decked out with Israeli flags. Recently, I was exiting the parking lot of our
local, Kosher, Dunkin Donuts and I was blocked from exiting, by a person who looked of Arab descent.
He started yelling at me with an angry face (I could not hear anything as my window was closed) and
then he stuck up his middle finger, spat at my car and pulled out of my way. It was just another push to
remind me that it’s time to go.

! As we remember all who perished in the Holocaust, praise God for a ceasefire. Heavenly Father, Give of Life, we pray no more lives would be lost in Israel or Gaza. Abba, we cry out for the enemies of Israel to release Your children speedily! We bless Your family God and want to be zealous for Zion, as Your word says You are!

Breaking! Hamas just announced that they will accept the ceasefire proposal.
However, they only did that after Israel announced that it was going to begin its Rafah invasion. This should be a reminder to everyone that Hamas only responds to force. It's the only language they know. If Israel were not strong, there would be no chance for peace.
