Class: Young Women's Christian Council (YWCC)

YWCC is an organization of young women ages 18-40 married or single whose primary purpose is to dedicate themselves to greater Christian Service. Women in this stage of life have many issues and the YWCC can reach out to them through prayer, Biblical instruction, fun activities, friendship, and Godly counsel.

Instructor: Sis. Deborah Robbs resides in the Topeka, KS area and is the 3rd of 10 children born to Pastor Floyd and Supervisor Roberta Thuston. She earned a B.A. Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Evangel University in 1977. After 19 years of teaching in the special and general education fields, Sis. Robbs earned an M.S. Degree in school counseling in 1996 from Emporia State University. She completed 25 years as a school counselor, bringing her to 44 years as a public-school educator. Sis. Robbs serves in several key roles at her local and district churches and is president of the Kansas East Jurisdiction YWCC. Sis. Robbs and her husband of 48 years, have 4 living God loving & ministering children as well as 8 grandchildren.
