It’s that time of the year again! Gospel in the Park will be this Sunday June 14 at Tower Park on 75th and Holmes, Kansas City, MO. This is a special service where we worship and fellowship with our community. Please join us for Sunday School at 9:30am and morning worship at 11am. After service, we will have lunch. Hot dogs, hamburgers, sides and drinks will be served. All are welcome and please invite someone to come!

Do not meet at St. Peter. We will be at the park. We will also be live streaming the service.

This is the day that the Lord has made! Good morning!!! 🙌🏾✨

St. Peter is so excited to announce that we will be celebrating 111 years of God’s faithfulness! Please join us for our 111th Church Anniversary on Sunday May 24 at 11am. St. Peter was founded in 1915 by Rev. Litha Beard with just a few members. We are so grateful that God saw fit to keep this mighty church open through 111 years. 💒

Our guest preacher for this occasion is Bishop Kenneth Monroe, a mighty man of God and friend to St. Peter. Bishop Monroe strives to live by the theme he has embraced as a means of inspiration and motivation for the past thirty years, “Making the Impossible Possible with God.”

We invite you to this joyous celebration in person at 6231 Manning Ave Raytown MO. We will also be streaming live on Facebook and Zoom. Sunday School 9:30am Morning Worship 11:00am.

This Sunday, in honor of Mother’s Day, St. Peter will have a special guest speaker to worship with us as we shower love to mothers of all kind. We would love for you to join us! 💐💐💐

Dr. Whitney Weathers is a theologian, scholar, mother, and devoted wife who believes that justice, belonging, and dignity are not just ideals but sacred callings. Raised in the Baptist tradition and now a member of Graceway Church in Raytown, she carries the richness of that heritage into everything she does. Rooted in Womanist theology and animated by a deep love for the Church, she has spent her career helping people and organizations become more fully what God intended them to be. A recent Doctor of Ministry graduate, she brings rigorous scholarship and a joyful spirit to every place God sends her. 🙏🏽
