Hello. This is something I recently learned, so I am sharing it with you. Check it out and see if you qualify.

Yes, Medicaid can pay for your Medicare premiums, but it depends on your specific income, resources, and program eligibility. If you qualify for both programs (often called a "dual-eligible" beneficiary), Medicaid usually acts as the secondary payer and can help cover Medicare costs: Part A Premiums (Hospital Insurance): Most people get premium-free Part A, but if you have to pay for it, Medicaid can cover it for certain qualifying individuals. Part B Premiums (Medical Insurance): If you are eligible for Medicaid or a Medicare Savings Program, Medicaid will pay your monthly Part B premium.Part D Premiums (Prescription Drugs): While Medicaid does not directly pay the Part D premium, individuals who are eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare are automatically enrolled in the Extra Help program (also known as the Low-Income Subsidy), which limits your prescription drug costs and often eliminates the premium entirely.Deductibles and Copayments: In most cases, Medicaid will also cover your Medicare deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments. How to get help: If you don't have full Medicaid but still need help paying your Medicare premiums, you may be eligible for a Medicare Savings Program (MSP), which is a state-run program for low-income seniors and people with disabilities. Would you like help finding your state's Medicaid office or learning more about the specific income requirements for Medicare Savings Programs in your area?

LIVING IT

The spiritual life is not a theory. We have to live it.
— ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS, p. 83

When new in the program, I couldn’t comprehend living the spiritual aspect of the program, but now that I’m sober, I can’t comprehend living without it. Spirituality was what I had been seeking. God, as I understand Him, has given me answers to the whys that kept me drinking for twenty years. By living a spiritual life, by asking God for help, I have learned to love, care for and feel compassion for all my fellow men, and to feel joy in a world where, before, I felt only fear.
