🍖 FREE COMMUNITY BBQ — EVERYONE IS WELCOME! 🍖

We’re looking forward to another FREE BBQ at Solid Rock Worship Center in partnership with BBQ TIME for a Cause ❤️

Once again, we’ll be coming together to feed our community AND help provide meals for a local homeless shelter.

There is no cost and no catch—just neighbors loving neighbors and making sure people have a hot meal. ❤️

Whether you could use a meal yourself, know a family who could use a little extra help, or know someone who may be going through a difficult season, come get a plate! You’re also welcome to grab a meal for someone you know who could use one.

☕️ Motivational Monday | Solid Rock Worship Center 🤎

What if Jesus sat down across from you for coffee this morning?

Would He start by asking about your to-do list? The laundry waiting, the emails unanswered, the work piling up, or everything you need to accomplish this week?

Or would He simply say, “Come sit with Me.”

We live in a world that constantly tells us to do more, accomplish more, and stay busy. But Jesus reminds us that our relationship with Him isn’t measured by how productive we are.

Sometimes the most important thing we can do is slow down, open His Word, pray, and simply be in His presence.

Before you rush into everything Monday is asking of you, spend a little time with the One who holds your entire week in His hands. 🤍

Being with Jesus will always matter more than being busy.

🍎📚 BACK TO SCHOOL! 📚🍎

With students, teachers, and staff heading back to school on Wednesday, we want you to know that Solid Rock Worship Center is praying for you! ❤️

A new school year brings new routines, new challenges, new opportunities, and new beginnings. Whether you’re walking into the building excited, nervous, overwhelmed—or a little bit of everything—remember that God is already going before you.

🙏 We’re praying for our students to have courage, confidence, good friendships, and a year filled with growth.

🍎 We’re praying for our teachers to have patience, wisdom, strength, and the ability to make a difference in the lives of every student who enters their classroom.

❤️ And we’re praying for our school staff—administrators, assistants, counselors, office staff, custodians, cafeteria workers, bus drivers, and everyone who works behind the scenes to make each school day possible.

As you walk through those doors Wednesday, remember:

You are capable. You are loved. You are purposed. You are never alone. God is with you every step of the way.

🌿 MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY | BE INTENTIONAL IN THE WAITING 🌿

Does it seem like you’ve been praying, but you aren’t getting answers?

Does God seem quiet?

Waiting can be one of the hardest seasons of our faith. We want direction. We want answers. We want to know what God is doing and when He is going to do it.

But the waiting isn’t wasted. 🤍

Sometimes, the quiet seasons are the very seasons when we need to be the most intentional about drawing close to God.

Be intentional about praying—even when you don’t know what else to say.

Be intentional about opening His Word—even when you’re still searching for an answer.

Be intentional about worship—even when your circumstances haven’t changed.

Be intentional about trusting Him—even when you can’t see what He’s doing.

Don’t allow the silence to make you pull away. Let it draw you closer.

God is still working in the waiting. He is still present in the quiet. And while you’re waiting for Him to change your circumstances, He may be using this season to change, strengthen, and prepare you.

📖 “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart.” — Psalm 27:14

This week, don’t just wait. Wait with Him. Seek Him. Stay close to Him. Be intentional in the waiting. 🙏

🌿 Motivational Monday 🌿

A new week is here, and with it comes new opportunities, new challenges, and fresh mercies.

Sometimes we rush into Monday already carrying the weight of tomorrow. But God never asked us to carry burdens that belong to another day. He simply asks us to trust Him—one moment, one hour, one step at a time.

“Father, before I rush into this day, help me remember that I don’t have to carry tomorrow’s worries today. Give me peace for this moment, strength for this hour, and faith for whatever comes next. Amen.”

As you begin your week, remember the words of Jesus:

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” — Matthew 6:34

May your heart be filled with peace, your mind with hope, and your spirit with the assurance that God is already walking ahead of you.

💜 Take a deep breath. Say a prayer. Trust His timing.

No matter what today holds, remember:
🤍 When life feels chaotic, He is your peace.
🤍 When the path isn’t clear, He is still leading.
🤍 When you’re tired, He is still restoring.
🤍 When you feel alone, He is still with you.

Take a moment today to pause, breathe, and rest in His promises. Trust the One who knows every step before you take it.
