Starting this Sunday, May 24, KOPC will be meeting at the Kannapolis YMCA, next to Village Park.

Our service times remain unchanged: 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Come join us for worship that is shaped by Scripture, joyful in God’s abundant grace, and warm with love for our neighbors and our Savior!

As we are nearing the end of our sermon series through the book of Hebrews on Sunday mornings, we have enjoyed spending several weeks in the great "Hall of Fame of Faith" in Hebrews 11. We want to show the love of Christ in service to our neighbors in and around Kannapolis! If you or someone you know could use a helping hand, we may be able to send a few friendly volunteers to help with things like yard cleanup or basic handyman projects for the elderly, disabled, single moms, etc.

If you or someone you know could use a helping hand, reach out and we will evaluate whether the need would be a good fit for one of our Second Saturday Outreach Days.

Beginning September 7, Kannapolis OPC will be meeting for worship at St. John’s Reformed Church, 901 N. Main Street, Kannapolis NC 28081.

This unusual and special arrangement is the result of two congregations coming together to meet each other’s needs and serve God together. Our congregation was in need of a place to meet, and St. John’s needed an interim pastor, so KOPC Pastor Vogel will be providing preaching and shepherding care for the congregation of St. John’s while we worship together in their historic building. We are thankful for God’s provision and excited to see how the relationship between our two churches will unfold.

KOPC and SJRC will hold joint Sunday School classes at 9:30am and morning worship at 10:30am, with Pastor Vogel preaching. Then KOPC will hold our usual evening worship service at 5:30pm at St. John’s.

We hope you will visit and enjoy the love and joy of both congregations as we worship and fellowship together!

Moving out of our Martial Arts University sublease last night after more than two years. Thankful for faithful men who stayed after church to get us loaded up, and thankful to God who supplies all our needs. (Join us at St. John's Reformed Church starting Sept. 7!)

A last group photo as we celebrate just over two years at Martial Arts University and look forward to worshiping at St. John's Reformed Church beginning in September.
