SAVE THE DATE!

We have our Annual Housing Community Resource Fair coming up on Thursday, September 24th in the next few weeks and we are so excited about the angencies and businesses that are planning on attending! One agency partner in particular is Community Health partnership who will be bringing their mobile unit to provide medical appointments and services to anyone who signs up in advance and shows up during the designated hours of the event. If you or your family members need any of the following services please come in and get the necessary paperwork to get on CHP's roster or email [email protected] and the documents can be sent to you. We need the documents returned to us by Thursday, September 18th. We are so exited to have you take part in this great opportunity!
