Ka Mauna o 'Oliveta Church

Ka Mauna o 'Oliveta Church Ka Mauna o 'Oliveta Church of the True God is located in Waikane, on the Windward side of Oahu. Kahu-Minister is R. Esprecion & Hope Kahu A. Alana John 1: Verse 1.

Ka Mauna O'oliveta (Church of the True God)
"In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God." In Hawaiian: "Ikinohi ka Logou, me ke Akua ka Logou, a o ke Akua no ka Logou"

Our church was started after WWII in private homes through cottage meetings. It was at one of these meetings that Mrs. Ellen Roberts Tom Ling and Mr. Louis K.Y. Goo spoke about building our ch

urch. Others joined and through prayers and fasting, God blessed them with both the spiritual and bodily help to build this church in 1947. The land was chosen by the prophet named "Kamakani, who was also known as the Man". The church is on God's land and whatever belongs to God is God's land and no ownership of any one person. The lumber for the church came from an army mess hall and was brought to Waikane Valley via the sugar cane fields of the North Shore. This army mess hall is now our beloved and cherished Ka Mauna O'oliveta-Church of the True God. Our Kahu (Minister) is Roberto Esprecion. "Aloha Ke Akau-God is Love"

On Sunday April 12, 2026 from Ka Mauna o'Oliveta Church in the book of Acts Chapter 15 and the Golden Text on verse 3,4,5,7,8, & 9:
Acts 15:3-5, 7-9 NKJV
[3] So, being sent on their way by the church, they passed through Phoenicia and Samaria, describing the conversion of the Gentiles; and they caused great joy to all the brethren. [4] And when they had come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church and the apostles and the elders; and they reported all things that God had done with them. [5] But some of the sect of the Pharisees who believed rose up, saying, “It is necessary to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.”
[7] And when there had been much dispute, Peter rose up and said to them: “Men and brethren, you know that a good while ago God chose among us, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. [8] So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, [9] and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

From Ka Mauna o'Oliveta Church on the First Sunday of 2026, found in Mark Chapter 1, and the Golden Text on verse 25, 27, 34,35, 15 and 17:
Mark 1:25, 27, 34-35 NKJV
[25] But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!”
[27] Then they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”
[34] Then He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons; and He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew Him.[35] Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He went to pray...Mark 1:15, 17 NKJV
[15] and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.”
[17] Then Jesus said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.”

Colossians 3:12-15, 17, 25 NKJV
[12] Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; [13] bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. [14] But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. [15] And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
[17] And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
[25] But he who does wrong will be repaid for what he has done, and there is no partiality.

From Ka Mauna o'Oliveta Church on Sunday August 18, 2025 found in 2nd Thessalonians Chapter 2 and Golden Text on verse 7,8,9,10,13,14,15 & 16:
II Thessalonians 2:7-10, 13-16 NKJV
[7] For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. [8] And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. [9] The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, [10] and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
[13] But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, [14] to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. [15] Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle.[16] Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace,

Aloha Kakahiaka from Ka Mauna o'Oliveta Church,
Today on August 13, 2025 found in Mark Chapter 9 and the Golden Text is on verse 42, 49 and 50:
42 And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.
49 For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.
50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.

Ke Akua's message is simple, we (you and I) are to be like little children and believe and trust in God and His Son Jesus Christ, if we don't we will be like an ox with a millstone around our necks (the millstone are worries, depts, sickness and those things that we cannot control). These matters will drag us down.
Jesus is our salt, His sacrifice on that cross was for all of us (you and I). Don't lose that salt, don't lose Jesus Christ in our life.
Aloha Ke Akua, God is Love...

On Sunday May 18, 2025 from Ka Mauna o'Oliveta Church message was found in Hebrews 6:5-6, 12, 14-15 (KJV) And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.
And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

Aloha, today is Sunday April 13, 2025 from Ka Mauna o'Oliveta Church found in Revelation Chapter 6 and the Golden Text is on verse 1, 13-17 (KJV) And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Today on Wednesday April 9, 2025 from Old Testament Haggai Chapter 2 and Golden Text 6-8, 23 (KJV) For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.
The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.
In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the LORD, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts.

Pray today to our God, through Jesus Christ and have your prayers answered
