This Sunday, May 31st, our service will be led by Pastor Joel DeBoer. His sermon is entitled The Weight of Jesus' Glory and his text will be from John 1:1-14. We are starting a series on John and the next several Sundays will focus on that. Take the time to read through John and join us as we meet for a time of worship and praise at 8:45 AM.

We will be having a Public Reading of Scripture time beginning on June 7th at 5:30 PM. We will begin with a light meal and then share about an hour of time reading Scripture out loud. Invite a friend or neighbor to join us for a time of fellowship and worship.

Luke 24:50-53 - The Ascension of Jesus
50 When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. 51 While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. 52 Then they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy. 53 And they stayed continually at the temple, praising God.

Join us this Thursday, May 14th at 6:30 PM as we come together to praise God in remembrance of the Ascension of Jesus Christ. Elder Herb Schreur will be leading our time of worship and praise.

Good Morning. We're at the end of another busy week. We invite everyone to take the time to join us tomorrow for a time of worship and praise at 8:45. Our service tomorrow will be led by Elder Herb Schreur. Herb's message will be from John 20:19-31, Forward from Easter.

Chuck and Erin Walton are planning to be in the area on Saturday and are inviting people to join them at Pizza Ranch in Clarion for the noon buffet and a time of fellowship and catching up with each other. 😁 11:30ish til 1:30 or so.

We will be welcoming Travis Konig tomorrow morning. Travis is a member of the Rolling Acres CRC in Mason City. His texts for Palm Sunday is Mark 11:1-11 and Psalm 118:19-20.
We will also be gathering a little earlier than usual to have a hymn sing before church gets going. So we invite everyone to come at 8:30 and join us for a time of singing before we start the worship service.

Gotta love living in Iowa. :) Snowstorm last weekend and temps in the 80's this weekend! We're looking forward to a warmer Sunday tomorrow. Elder Herb Schreur will be leading our worship service. He will be preaching out of John, Chapter 12 with a focus on verses 20-33. We invite you to join us at 8:45 for a time of worship with coffee and fellowship to follow.
