🕊️ Looking for a meaningful way to connect with our community to build lasting peace right here at home? We are warmly invited to Peace in the Park, a new monthly gathering in Whitefish dedicated to bringing people together.

Peace isn't just a major international issue—it is a local, personal practice that starts within our own neighborhoods and daily lives. This is a completely secular and apolitical space designed to focus entirely on unity, understanding, and shared humanity.

What to expect each month:
Live Music 🎶 to lift our spirits.

Get ready to pedal with a purpose! 🚴‍♂️🌻 We are thrilled to announce the 2026 Mennonite Central Committee - MCCC) Western States Benefit Bike Ride in the beautiful Flathead Valley, happening July 27-30, 2026.

Everyone is invited to join us as a rider, volunteer, or concert-goer! All proceeds directly benefit relief efforts in Ukraine—a cause very close to our hearts, as MCC's mission originally started there over 100 years ago.

Here is what to expect:

Daily Bike Rides: Choose from long or short route options starting at 8:00 AM at Mountain View Mennonite Church (MVMC) in Kalispell.

Scenic Routes: Explore beautiful roads heading toward Bigfork / Swan, Kila, and the Columbia Falls / Whitefish areas.

Evening Fun: Join us on the church grounds at 7:30 PM for inspiring videos, special MCC guest speakers, and a fantastic community concert with Susan Gibson.

Full Moon Ride: An unsponsored, optional nighttime ride up the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road.

How to get involved:

Ride With Us: Local riders, please arrive at MVMC each morning to sign your waivers before you hit the road.

As the seasons change and we venture into the wilds of spring, we also bear witness to the wonders of our creator. Whether it is the small green buds of waking trees, the soft earth as it sheds the winter’s frost, or the extended daily company of the sun; we give thanks to be right where we are. Exactly who we are. Praise to The One who finds joy in new life, and freely gifts it to all. May we seek growth, rebirth and a sense of wonder at the rhythm in nature that God has designed. Amen.
