Synod Assembly 2026 has now closed, and we are looking onward to next year! But first, we want to give a huge thank you to the staff and volunteers at Prince of Peace, Portage, MI - ELCA. We could not have done it without all of your help and guidance! You are so appreciated.

Thank you to all the committees who prepared, presented, and provided content for this meeting. We appreciate your work and look forward to working with you in the future.

Lastly, we wanted to thank Bishop Curry for providing our Keynote address and Churchwide's report. And thank you to the Rev. Dr. Lillian Daniel, Michigan Conference Minister of the UCC, for giving us a sermon during our Evening Prayer. We were so blessed with their presence.

📝Mark your calendars for next year - we are pleased to announce that Synod Assembly 2027 will be hosted by Trinity Lutheran Church, Midland, on May 14 and 15! We are looking forward to seeing you next year ⛪

Spring is REALLY trying now. Pretty soon our tulips will be in FULL bloom. Come and check them out in-person sometime. Maybe even before or after worship at 10 a.m. on a Sunday. 🙂
