Habakkuk 2:3 KJV
[3] For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

"Waiting is NOT Wasted Time"

There are many scriptures in the word that tell us to wait. Why does God want us to wait? Maybe you say you've been waiting a long time now, when is he going to do it?

God has an appointed time for all things, even the things that pertain to you specifically. He is teaching you to trust him and allowing time for your faith to build. He could also be giving you time to mature and be prepared for the blessing. Or maybe he is just simply saying not yet. Though the blessing may tarry, it seems as though it's taking a long time and never will come. Know that God is not slack concerning his promises (2 Peter 3:9). What he said will come to pass. Learn patience and rest in patience, though it may be uncomfortable, it is working for your good.

Many are the plans in a person’s heart,
but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.

"God's confirmation"

Have you ever been in a situation where you needed to make a decision and you weren't sure what God would want you to choose? You prayed and asked God for direction but still wasn't sure? You are not alone, I have been there too and so many others. The scripture today speaks to this very scenario. We have all these plans for ourselves, but ultimately, it's God's will for our life that will prevail if we are in him, and he be in us. Don't worry so much, every decision and choice you make seek God for direction. If you haven't felt like you got an answer from him, undoubtedly know what you decide; you have put it in his hand and trust him to work it out wither way. His word also says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understand, acknowledge God in all your ways and he will direct your path."

When God does conform a thing...you will know. Either he can confirm through some third party in some way, or he will answer through his word, or he will speak to your spirit by way a thought that will give you directionbeyond a shadow of doubt that this is what the Lord will have you to do. And when confirmation truly comes from the Lord you won't need to ask no one's opinion or thought about it, you will know for yourself!!!
