Verizon is losing customers, and it’s not hard to see why. Recently, they raised their monthly cellphone rates, leaving many loyal users frustrated with higher bills for the same service. To add insult to injury, there have been reports of fiber optic line issues causing service interruptions.
Our church, like many others, has decided to switch all of our cellphone lines to a different provider. When reliable service and reasonable pricing disappear, so do the customers. It’s time for Verizon to listen to its users before more of us decide to switch.
