A Journey of Spirit, Light, and Rejuvenation ✨
​Sharing a few beautiful moments from our 2026 Elemental Harmony Meditation Retreat! 🙏 Over 4 sacred days, everyone came together to cleanse and align through the power of the four elements. 🌸🍃
​We were deeply blessed to be guided by two great forest monks from Thailand, Big Baba and Master Lim, alongside an extraordinary circle of world-class healers from Vietnam and the US. 🧘‍♂️💖 Together, everyone experienced deep healing through Mindfulness Yoga, Qi Gong, and sound therapy. 🕊️✨
​🌕 Vesak Day Highlights: Under the full moon, we used tea lights to create a spectacular glowing display of lotus flowers and sunflowers. The following day, everyone joined in the sacred ritual of bathing the Baby Buddha—washing away anger and ego to embrace ultimate compassion and inner peace. 🌊👶🙏
​We stepped gently into the light. Together, we renewed our spirit. 🌟

​Khóa lễ năm nay vô cùng đặc biệt khi có sự hiện diện và dẫn dắt của Bậc Thiền Sư Lim cùng Thiền Sư Big Baba (đến từ Thái Lan). Đây là cơ hội quý báu để chúng ta cùng quay về bên trong, nuôi dưỡng lòng từ bi và chánh niệm.

Master Lim will teach us how to incorporate meditation into our daily routine to help calm the mind and build healthy coping skills. Without obstacles, we would not learn how to improve ourselves or how to cope. Please take the opportunity of social distancing in response to COVID-19 outbreak and practice insight meditation with our great teacher, master Lim.

We finally completed the last retaining wall and steps to the house. We did it within 2 days. It took us four people, 315 pieces of 75 lb blocks, 1 truck load (13 cubic yards) of tracking rocks, 1 truck load of 5/8" rocks, and 30 bags of 80LBS concrete mix to do the work. Amazing beautiful work! Before and after of the front of the houses
