Welcome home!

Welcome Home, Bishop Leah! ❤️

On behalf of the churches, pastors, and people of the MidTexas Conference, we are incredibly grateful to welcome Bishop Leah Gregory home!

We had sincerely hoped to see Bishop Leah re-elected as a bishop of the Global Methodist Church. Her leadership, wisdom, faithfulness, and love for the Church have blessed so many of us, and we were proud to support her as she sought to continue serving the GMC in that role.

But we also believe that God is not finished writing the story.

We are thankful that God is bringing Bishop Leah back to MidTexas to serve as our Conference Superintendent. While this may not have been the outcome we had hoped for, we trust the Lord’s leading and are genuinely excited for this next chapter.

Bishop Leah, welcome home! These are your people, and we are grateful to have you back among us. We look forward to serving alongside you, supporting one another, and seeing all that God will do through the churches of MidTexas.

Keeping Justin safe takes strong partnerships across our community.

Interim Police Chief Rick Pippins visited with Justin Methodist Church today to discuss church security with Pastor Rob, Family Minister Jason, and senior church leaders. Conversations like these help strengthen communication, preparedness, and the relationships that keep our community connected and safe.

It is another example of neighbors working together to make Justin Everything a Hometown Should Be. 💙
