Good morning happy Friday. The forecast tells us it will be a hot day of about 103. I am sitting in my patio looking out into my yard. It’s about 69° at this moment. This Sunday we are looking at Luke 12:41-48. My theme is prepare part 2. Will be looking at two types of Stewards one who is faithful and one who is unfaithful. I think the obvious is the simplest observation. When you’re faithful to God he will be faithful to you. And yet like the Apostle Paul in Romans, chapter 7:14 through chapter 8 we struggle with being faithful, Jesus gives us an illustration of the unfaithful servant and in the end for that servant is damnation. Jesus says this to his crowd as a warning that it’s not worth it to be your own God to dictate your own life it is better to be surrendered to God.
