This past Sunday marked the culmination of our Soufflé Sunday Pancake Breakfast series. The men commenced preparations at 6:45 am, and the event concluded by noon, following cleanup. We extend our gratitude to all parishioners who have supported the breakfast. All donations garnered from this event are allocated to Birthline Lifeline of our archdiocese. We appreciate the efforts of the 25+ men who participated in making this event a success.

On Sunday, we successfully combined our Tootsie Roll fundraiser with the Pancake Breakfast. We collected funds from our generous parishioners during six masses. The combined proceeds from the breakfast will benefit local organizations, including Arc of West Palm, Els for Autism, and Special Olympics. In addition to the two games we worked at Roger Dean, our Council had 38 unique volunteers. We extend our gratitude to all members of our Council.

Received a call this morning indicating Ballpark was in urgent need of staffing for Number 1 concession due to the NY team's visit to play Cards. However, we barely had sufficient personnel to manage the booth. Thanks to the team's flexibility in adjusting their schedules, we were able to capitalize on the potential $1500+ revenue opportunity. We worked diligently for 3 hours, serving 5000 attendees. Appreciation to the Knights.

Opening day for our council at the Roger Dean stadium where we work for our fundraising endeavors. We worked the Grab and Go stand and a Grille serving dogs, Italian sausage and Philadelphia Cheese Steaks. Thanks to the guys showing up on a not so Florida day with winds out of north with temps in 50s. First of 4 games in the books.

Never leave your house without making the sign of the cross. It will be to you a staff, a weapon, an impregnable fortress. Neither man nor demon will dare to attack you, seeing you covered with such powerful armor.

Let this sign teach you that you are a soldier, ready to combat against the demons, and ready to fight for the crown of justice. Are you ignorant of what the cross has done?

It has vanquished death, destroyed sin, emptied hell, dethroned Satan, and restored the universe.

Would you then doubt its powers?

-St. John Chrysostom

What an incredible blessing to attend morning Mass this week at Notre-Dame de Paris and Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris.

There’s something deeply humbling about praying where centuries of faith, sacrifice, and devotion still echo through the walls. Quiet mornings, sacred beauty, and the same Mass celebrated across time and cultures — a powerful reminder that the Church is truly universal.

Grateful beyond words for these moments of peace, reflection, and grace. 🇫🇷✝️
What an amazing experience.

Despite the chilly temperatures, the St. Peter Fl Knights of Columbus successfully hosted an American Wheelchair Mission fundraiser. Our parishioners' warm hearts enabled us to raise funds for 20 new high-quality wheelchairs, which will be donated to children globally who lack access to them. To support this cause, please visit our website at www.kofcjupiter.org and click on the Wheelchair link.
