We want to take a moment to pray over our school aged kids, students, teachers, and school staff as they begin a new school year!

Sunday, August 16
During Both Services: 8:30 AM & 10:45 AM

During the very beginning of each service, Sunday school-aged kids, students, teachers, and school staff will be invited to come on stage as our church family prays over them and the upcoming school year.

📍 What You Need to Know

If your child will attend Kids Church after the blessing:

Please arrive early and go to the Children’s Building to check your child in.
Place their name tag on their shirt.
Children who are already pre-checked in will be escorted to their classrooms by our volunteers.
If your child is not pre-checked in, a parent will need to walk them to the Children’s Building and check them in as usual.
For all Back to School Blessing participants:

Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Plan to sit toward the front of the Worship Center so we can easily gather everyone when it is time.
The blessing will happen at the very beginning of the service.
We are so excited to gather together as a church family and start this school year by covering our students, teachers, and school staff in prayer!

🎒 Backpacks are getting packed. Calendars are filling up. A new school year is almost here!

As summer winds down and families settle back into a routine, it’s a great time to make church and community part of that rhythm.

Promotion Sunday is almost here! Join us for some build your own sundaes and celebrate the growth your child has had this year!

Behind every VBS stage, prop, and painted wall is a team of people who gave their time, talents, and hearts so kids could experience the love of Jesus.

What started as stacks of boxes, paint, lumber, and supplies became the streets of Rome. But the decorations were never the goal—they were simply a tool to help point kids to something far greater.

Seeing these rooms come alive with kids laughing, dancing, worshiping, asking questions, and learning about Jesus made every late night and every drop of hot glue worth it. This is why we do what we do.

Thank you to every volunteer who built, painted, decorated, prayed, served, welcomed families, and invested in the next generation. You helped create an environment where kids could encounter the hope of Christ, and that impact will last far longer than the decorations.

Here’s to celebrating what God is doing in the lives of kids. ❤️🏛️
