✨ REFINED 2026 ✨

Today was a beautiful reminder that ministry isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being willing to be refined.

At Refined, we challenged one another to lead well by example, take the next step, connect intentionally with parents, and be purposeful with the ministry God has entrusted to us. We talked about the reality that ministry isn’t always easy. Sometimes it stretches us, challenges us, and asks more of us than we thought we had to give.

But that’s part of being refined. God uses the hard moments, the stretching seasons, and the uncomfortable steps to shape us into leaders who reflect Him well.

We are so thankful for everyone who came and leaned into what God was doing today. And a HUGE thank you to our incredible keynote speaker Brent Finchum, Lacey Huth, John Mark Harvey, our amazing band, and every person who served behind the scenes. And especially to those who gave their time to watch the kids so parents could attend, you may not have been on stage, but you were an important part of making today possible. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make Refined what it was. Keep leading. Keep stepping forward. Keep showing up. Keep allowing God to refine you. Because the people we lead don’t just need to hear what we believe. They need to see it lived out.

If you have a youth leadership Team or a children's leadership team then this conference is for you. We would love to have you join us for the conference. Illuminate. This is a new event we are offering churches. Last night we had 71 students and adults and 6 students made the life changing decision to give their lives to Christ. It was a blast. If you would like to have this at your next event please reach out. We bring everything you just take care of getting the students there.
