Super fun evening with the group!

We shared our heart the first night that we prayed for lifelong friendships to form, and it’s precious to see these connections being made.

We’re also praising the Lord for the continued engagement and investment in marriages. So grateful for the opportunity to be a small part.

Such a great morning, meeting Norwegian’s ship captain and head of security . 💙

It’s super interesting - the ship is their “city” of 6500 people. It has jail cells and a morgue! We also learned about security qualifications and jurisdictions.

It’s a sea day, so we have a resilience chat coming up, battle stories later, and a group dinner tonight.

In 2017, Ken Grubbs was shot in the line of duty while serving with the Cincinnati Police Department. That experience helped Ken and his wife, Wende, recognize how deeply the profession affects not just officers, but the families who love and support them.

Ken and Wende recently joined retired Police Chief Scott Hughes on his 2 Chiefs, 1 Mic podcast to discuss law enforcement marriages, the challenges families face, and the practical tools available through Tactical Relationship Training™.

During the conversation, Scott shared an important message for chiefs, sheriffs, and other law enforcement leaders about investing in the wellbeing of officers and their families.
