Mondays can feel overwhelming with the heaviness of the world around us. Sometimes we try to run, isolate ourselves, speak negatively to ourselves, or handle everything on our own. But we don’t have to!

There are 3 ways to help when you’re feeling overwhelmed:

Be honest with God and with the people you trust.

Accept opportunities for rest and self-care.

Listen for God’s voice.
