A reminder to those who want to help: This Saturday the 16th of May is a day for volunteers to make a difference. 9AM sharp! 🙂

We received a voicemail from a gentleman by the name of PRIVATE NUMBER who expressed concern for the welfare of the foxes at Maple Grove and the growing show of spectators who have been frequenting the shop area with cameras. Among other complaints he was concerned for their privacy in their current environment and their well being.
He asked if there was anything we could do but all we can really do is publicize his concerns.

The foxes have been unseen lately so the thought was they had moved on. Nope.
A head's up to nature observers: I believe the best time/conditions to see them is late afternoon/evenings when it's fairly warm.
Also, observe from an unthreatening distance.

Due to a wet forecast for tomorrow, Volunteer Day at the cemetery has been postponed to May 16th at 9am.
