Thank you to the Daniel family who “binge watched” Trinity Virtual VBS this weekend and sent in pictures!! We want to take the time to thank all of you for watching and participating in Trinity Treasured VBS this week. We truly hope this experience brought you closer to Jesus.

We want to take this time to give shoutouts to the tremendous team who put our VBS experience together.

All praise and glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who gives us all the talents, gifts and abilities to glorify Him!!

Thank you to Amber Torgerson who was the VBS coordinator and spent numerous hours in front of the camera and behind the scenes to make this VBS experience spectacular. Your effort was truly amazing.

Thank you to Jess McAllister and the members of children’s choir for singing their praises to the Lord during the song videos.

Thank you to Ken Coughlan, Mary Kay Coughlan and the tech staff at Trinity for their insane hours in making Treasured VBS an immersive take home experience that truly could’ve been a tv show.

Thank you to Pastor Jay Jackson for your leadership and setting the tone for our Bible stories each day.

A big thanks to Alison Maier, Jess McAllister, & Mandy P***n for stem like activities during our imagination station. Those activities were immersive and enhanced the experience every day.

Thank you to all the students in our children’s ministry who participated in our transitions. Your creativity was treasured in our VBS experience.

We truly hope and pray that this VBS experience allowed you to realize that you are a treasure of God and you are called to do amazing things in His name.

On our “season finale” Day 5 of Treasured VBS the students used their magnifying glasses to look at the characteristics of their geodes. Each geode is unique and special just like all of us. Our message today was Jesus Calls Us where we learned that we have many gifts and are called to use them to give glory to the Lord!!

VBS Day 4 taught us about the amazing lesson on how God forgives us. Because Jesus died on the cross and rose again, our sins are able to be forgiven and we can forgive others!! We also used magnifying glasses to look for detail in the beautiful treasures the Lord provides for us each day.

Day 3 of VBS taught how Jesus comforts us. We created comfort scarves to either use for ourselves or our stuffed animals. We also learned to write down/draw our fears and “role them up” in scroll knowing that God will always protect and comfort us. We truly have a caring and loving God.

T-minus 11 hours 30 minutes until Day 1 of this years Treasured VBS premiers!!!! Each day this week at 9AM EST we will launch the video of the day for your viewing and reviewing please use!!! Here is the link that will get you to the playlist and will provide access to all of tge videos. If you registered your kids and did not get to come pick up your adventure bag, please let us know. If you are participating outside of the Joppa, MD area and want to fully participate, message us and we will send you a parents guide virtually to be able to have all the instructions and ingredients for our virtual VBS. (We will ask you to register your child for Free and you will get the digital guide FREE)

We had tons of fun at our Treasured VBS preview. We went on an indoor scavenger hunt to seek treasure and decorated our treasure boxes as we prepare for Trinity Virtual VBS next Monday 8/9. We smiled, we laughed, but most importantly we shared God’s word and love with one another.
