City Sanctuary Ministries is a new evangelistic church and ministry located in the Mayfield/Bel Air-Edison neighborhoods of Northeast Baltimore, MD. Harris is the Founder and Pastor of City Sanctuary Ministries and has been preaching/teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ since the age of 14. City Sanctuary is becoming a multi-generational and multi-dimensional church committed to serving the community as a refuge of hope, help, and healing. Mission Statement: the mission of City Sanctuary is to “ignite, impart, and increase faith in people from all walks of life.” As a Family of Faith, we are committed to: learning God’s ways through His Word, discovering our purpose, developing as disciples, unifying in fellowship, and living by the love of Jesus Christ. Vision Statement: the vision of City Sanctuary is to operate as an evangelistic center focused on addressing and alleviating the needs of our communities. Commissioned by the Word of God, we will rescue the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and provide a safe house for recovery. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we will transform lives and impact our city as agents of change.

Today, we are celebrating our 4th Pastoral and Church Anniversary at City Sanctuary Ministries‼️🙌🏽✊🏽💙 For 4 years now, souls have been saved, bodies healed, lives changed, families restored, and communities reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ through this ministry. All glory and honor belongs to God! In 2024, our anointed and appointed Pastor and Founder, Rev. Ramsey L. Harris, has prophetically proclaimed that this is the year of MORE! More of God, More Faith, More Souls, More Blessings, More Miracles, More Success, More Life, More Kingdom Work! Today we are giving God the highest praise as we celebrate our 3rd Pastoral & Church Anniversary !!🙌🏽👏🏽💙 Over the past 3 years, God has truly favored us with provision for the vision. As we continue to move forward by faith, our anointed and dedicated Pastor/Founder Rev. Ramsey L.
