Hello friends! We are excited to share some upcoming events that we will be offering this year. First up will be the Abound Women's Conference which will be held at Forest Park Church. Below is some more details about this amazing event!⬇️

Details ✨
Whether you are a college student, stay-at-home mom, a retiree, or anywhere in-between, all women are welcome to be refreshed at Abound Women's Conference through Scripture, worship, and a time of connection.

At Abound you can expect✨

-Live Biblical teaching from author and speaker Ruth Chou Simons
-Worship & Prayer with other women
-Breakout Sessions focused on specific topics to encourage and inspire you
-An optional after-hours social to connect on Friday night with refreshments (8-9 pm)
-A light brunch on Saturday

🌸🎨 Calling all lovely ladies of our Women's Ministry! 🎨🌸

Mark your calendars for a delightful evening of creativity and camaraderie at our upcoming Craft Night on March 8th, from 5:30 to 9:00 PM in the CHCC Fellowship/Cafeteria!

Whether you're a seasoned crafter or just looking to unwind with some DIY fun, this is the perfect opportunity to let your creativity flow. Feel free to bring along your own craft project to work on, or if you're feeling adventurous, dive into one of the spare crafts we'll have available to share.

And what's a craft night without some delicious treats to munch on? We'll have snacks on hand, but if you'd like to contribute a snack to share, it would be greatly appreciated!

Whether you are an introvert or extrovert, looking back at life lived or forward at what is still to come, we all have one thing in common …we need each other. I need to see where God has worked in your life to have courage to believe he will also work and mine.

This study will reorient us with the importance of learning to see God’s presence in the lives and stories of those around us and give us the tools to see his presence in our own story.

In this study we will become familiar with the stories of 4 missionary women who have gone before us.

From their stories we will identify six characteristics of God that are revealed as evidence of his presence in every moment of their lives.

And then we will pair each characteristic with a name of God that confirms his presence through that characteristic.

4 women. 6 characteristics. 6 names of God.

Through story, study, and scripture memorization, we will become familiar with the markings of the presence of God in humanity and develop boldness to ask God to be present with us in the same way.

Through guided times of teaching, prayer, and community, we will become more aware of the presence of God in our own stories.

Through community we will point each other to the sweetness of living as the family we were intended to be.

Bring your friend, bring your mom, bring your daughter, bring your Bible. We will see you Wednesday ❤️

And I’m counting on some of you to bring that candy for your table. You know who you are😉
