Thank you, LATM donors, for your gifts which supply Rony with Christian books in Spanish to use as he plants churches in the mountains of Honduras. This month’s Book Club selection, 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘥 𝘊𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘒𝘪𝘥𝘴: 𝘈 𝘎𝘪𝘧𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘍𝘰𝘳, was written to help children and families flourish, as they serve the Lord around the world.

LATM partners and Romanian nationals, Alex and Cami Vlasin participate in God’s Mission to the world by ministering to missionaries from Romania. These Romanian missionaries serve in Europe and around the world. One of the most important aspects of caring for missionaries, so that they have healthy families and fruitful ministries, is helping their children thrive while living in a different culture. These children of missionaries are often called “Third Culture Kids,” meaning that they have a culture different from their home and where they are living. It is a unique, blended culture of these two other cultures.

The Vlasins are facilitating the translation and publication of this book in Romanian so that children and families, serving as missionaries, are cared for and remain healthy.

Thank you, LATM Book Club members! Your gifts last October enabled the production of this book, 𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑜𝑙𝑜𝑔𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑀𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑖𝑎𝑔𝑒, in Ukrainian. In this video, the librarian at the Ukrainian Seminary thanks Sergei (an LATM partner) for the new, necessary, and helpful book!

God's people work together!
April's Book Club features two commentaries from the 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑵𝑰𝑽 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔: 𝑮𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒑𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔 and 𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒔 which have been translated into Russian.

The story of these commentaries begins in Ukraine, where Sergei and his team have been working to translate and publish the entire commentary series in both Ukrainian and Russian. However, they were unable to print the Russian commentaries in Ukraine due to legal restrictions. As a result, these books were only available online as e-books.

Sergei then offered the book files to K*, our partner in Moscow. He eagerly embraced the idea of printing the books in Russia and volunteered to handle the formatting, which will help the team in Ukraine complete the projects more quickly. The best part, though, is that these books will now be accessible to Bible students in Russia and other Russian-speaking countries in the region!

Despite ongoing conflicts in the world, the way of God’s people is the way of unity and mutual edification. Your contributions to the Book Club this month will fund the printing of 1,000 copies of each volume so that Russian-speaking students can study and teach God’s Word well.

Hot off the press this week and already capturing the attention of readers! Set in New Guinea, *Perfect Peace Child* by Steve Richardson reveals the incredible true story of how God transformed the Sawi people's tradition—offering a baby to achieve peace—into a profound understanding that Jesus is God's ultimate Peace Child. Thanks to one of LATM’s partners in Ukraine, this impactful message has been translated and published in Ukrainian, enabling young Ukrainian Christians to grasp God’s heart for all nations and His desire to involve them in His mission.

The Church in this part of the world is experiencing unprecedented growth!

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 to LATM Book Club members, whose gifts this month will produce 𝟮𝟱 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 in Farsi.

LATM partner J.M. writes:
"Working among Muslim Background Believers, many new believers have questions about their newfound faith, how to grow to maturity, and who God is, in contrast to their previous beliefs. Studying these basic Bible teachings in this book will enable believers to strengthen their faith and positively impact the health and growth of the local church and ministry. We pray that God will use this resource to provide understanding to many Farsi speakers."

It's a joy for LATM to be at Colegio Biblico's annual convention this weekend at their campus in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico! May God use these Spanish books to both encourage and challenge Mexican believers to live lives of faithfulness.

PRESS ON!
We all face difficulties. And it can be tempting to give up. We’re thankful for so many LATM partners who persist in their labors for the Kingdom, even when things are rough. This week marks four years since the invasion of Ukraine. It was hard to print books there this month because the electricity was frequently out, and it was too cold for the ink on the printing presses, and the glue would freeze. And yet, here are two new books just completed! Congratulations to Sergei Golovin and his tenacious team!

One resource that is often lacking in churches around the world is material to help teach children about God’s Word. This month’s Book Club selection is *Adventures in the Bible*, a comprehensive book containing 140 lessons from both the Old and New Testaments, now translated into Burmese. Each lesson includes interactive questions based on Scripture, a coloring page,and a "treasure" concept designed to help young readers apply the teachings of the Bible.This book serves as an easy-to-use and an understandable resource for teachers and families, making it suitable for classrooms, family devotions, Sunday school, or any situation where children wish to learn about the Bible. Your contributions to the LATM Book Club this month will help provide this valuable resource to churches and individuals in Myanmar. Thank you!

Books at work on high school campuses, in prisons, and in churches! LATM partners in Kenya, Larry and Ginny Niemeyer, have invested their lives in discipling young people and teaching them to disciple others. LATM donors partnered with the Niemeyers to publish seven different discipleship books, totaling 16,450 copies. They then partnered with seven ministries in Kenya to use those books. Those ministries reported 9,067 new disciples!
Praise God for what He is doing all around the world!
