The mission of the Ministry Center is to provide professional assistance to OCC students in the areas of Christian service, internships, and vocational placement as they prepare for a life of ministry. Our daily goals are to:

- Connect students with volunteer service opportunities (Christian Service).

- Assist students with quality internship experience within their degree field that satisfies t

he college learning objectives (Internships).

- Advise students through the job hunting, networking, resume writing, and hiring process for vocational ministry (Ministry Job Placement).

Hang in there, Ambassadors - summer is coming soon! ☀️

If you have a summer internship lined up and you want it to count for credit towards your degree, be sure to email the Ministry Center at [email protected]. We will help answer any internship-related questions, make sure your internship meets all requirements for credit, send you the application, and get you registered for the internship course.

Note - if you are a Biblical Justice, Intercultural Studies, or Organizational Leadership major, contact the Intercultural Studies department for more details on internship registration.

1) Visit occ.edu/ministryopenings.

2) Scroll down to the "Post Student or Alumni Profile" section.

3) Click "View Form," fill out the form, and wait for us to approve it for the website.

And voila - you have yourself a Student Profile for ministries to check out as they're looking to hire!
