Good Lord’s day morning. Do you have a few moments to think about God and His Word? I think we need to keep our minds on revival and the need for it. If we think we don’t need it, that is proof that we need it. So, what is the key that unlocks the door to personal and churchwide revival? It is obedience! Isaiah 1:19-20 makes it plain, “19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.” Yes, it all comes down to our desire for blessings from our God. There is no middle ground, we are either in a place where we get His blessings or we are walking at a distance from Him and see no blessings. How many of us would say this morning – “I want to eat of the good of the land and experience personal revival in my life, my home, my community, and my church and I will obey God in every area that He has pointed out this morning and everything He points out in the future.” Just pray about it.
