The family will receive friends on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 9:00am until the Funeral Service time, 3:30pm, at Community Pentecostal Church of Rhinehart, LA (12722 Hwy 8, Jonesville, LA).

Services are under the direction and care of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home and Crematory of Jena, LA. Burial will follow at Heard Cemetery of Manifest, LA.

Funeral Services will be held at the Community Pentecostal Church of Rhinehart, LA on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 3:30pm.

We would like to update everyone on Sis. Betty Gunter tonight….our sweet sister graduated from her earthly journey this afternoon.

Please be in prayer for her loving husband, children, grandchildren, friends, and church family.

No more sorrow, no more tears, no more pain - we won’t say “goodbye”, instead we sing:

“I will meet you, I will meet you
Just inside the Eastern Gate over there.
I will meet you, I will meet you,
I will meet you in the morning over there.”

Psalm 116:15 “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.”
