Well now, what a sweet way to spend the day—gathered with a fine group of ladies for a lovely little tea party. Thanks to Melanie and Hanna for the refreshments and decorations, and to Michelle for sharing the beautiful teapots from Get Well Church. And thanks, we even had Miss Shirley showing us how to fry up some delicious beignets! Not something we see much of here in North Louisiana, but they sure were a treat.

A wonderful time was had by all—especially the younger girls, who are now just waiting on someone to make more beignets and host another tea party!
