Some Sundays, the message doesn’t need a complicated title. Sometimes the truth is simply: “It’s Just A Lot.”

A lot to carry. A lot to process. A lot to pray about. A lot happening around us—and sometimes, a lot happening inside us.

But the storm around you does not mean Christ has abandoned you. The disciples had Jesus in the boat and still faced rough water. His presence didn’t always prevent the storm, but it changed what the storm could ultimately do.

Join us at St. Paul United Methodist Church this Sunday as we gather for worship, encouragement, and a timely message for anyone who has been feeling overwhelmed.

📖 Mark 4:35–41

Bring your worries. Bring your questions. Bring the part of you that’s tired of pretending everything is fine.

There’s room for you in the boat.

This Sunday, we’re gathering around a powerful reminder from Philippians 2:1–11: following Jesus means learning to see people with His compassion.

Sometimes we carry others through prayer, encouragement, patience, or simply by refusing to give up on them. And sometimes, while we’re busy caring for everyone else, we forget that Christ is caring for us too.

Come worship with us at St. Paul United Methodist Church as we reflect on the humility and love of Jesus—and what it means to carry one another with grace.

🩵 Celebrating Baby Kelems! 🩵

Today was an extra-special day at St. Paul UMC as we finally got to shower sweet Baby Troy with love! 👶🍼💙

Troy had plans of his own and made his grand entrance a little earlier than expected, so his shower had to wait. Now, about a month later, what a blessing it was to gather together and celebrate this precious little boy who has already brought so much joy!

Thank you to everyone who helped make today’s shower so special and to all who came to surround Troy and his family with love, prayers, and support. We are so thankful for this little blessing and grateful to have him as part of our St. Paul family.

“Children are a gift from the Lord.” — Psalm 127:3

God bless you, Baby Troy! You were worth the wait! 🩵👣🙏

Today was a bittersweet day at St. Paul United Methodist Church as we said goodbye—for now—to our wonderful pianist, Luke. 🎹❤️

Luke, thank you for sharing your time, talent, and gift of music with our congregation. Your music has been such a meaningful part of our worship, and we are incredibly grateful for the dedication and joy you have brought to St. Paul.

Luke will soon begin completing his Master’s Program in Genetic Counseling through the University of Arkansas and UAMS. We are so excited for him as he takes this next step and begins an exciting new chapter in Fayetteville!

While we will certainly miss seeing Luke at the piano each week, we are cheering him on and wishing him every success in his studies and all that lies ahead.

Luke, you’ll always have a home at St. Paul! We can’t wait for you to come back and see us. May God bless you, guide you, and be with you every step of the way. 🎓🎶

Best wishes, Luke! Your St. Paul family is proud of you! ❤️

Who helped you hear the good news?

Maybe it was a parent, a Sunday school teacher, a pastor, a friend, or someone whose name you haven’t thought about in years. God often uses ordinary people to speak truth, offer encouragement, and point us toward Christ—and their influence can leave a mark that lasts a lifetime.

This Sunday at St. Paul United Methodist Church, we’ll look at Romans 10:5–15 and the “fingerprints” left by those who faithfully carried the message of Jesus to us. And we’ll consider an important question: Whose life might God be asking us to touch next?

Join us Sunday at 11:00 AM as Rev. Danny Rainwater brings the message.

Come worship with us. You never know how God may use one faithful person to change another person’s story.

Join us tomorrow at St. Paul UMC as we gather for worship, celebrate Holy Communion, and discover the hope found in God's Word.

This week's message is "The Heart of Grace" from Romans 9:1–5—a reminder that God's grace changes our hearts, deepens our love for others, and never stops reaching for the people we care about.

We would be honored to worship with you.

The church isn’t too noisy because it has children—it’s alive because it has children. ❤️

We are so thankful for these sweet little acolytes who remind us that the future of the Church isn’t someday—it’s already here. Watching young hearts serve at the altar is a beautiful reminder that faith is meant to be shared across generations.

If you ever hear the giggles, whispers, or little footsteps of children during worship, don’t see them as distractions. See them as signs of a congregation that is growing, welcoming, and passing the light of Christ to the next generation.

Today, we’re especially grateful for these precious servants and for every family who brings their children to church. They belong here. They are learning here. And they are a blessing to us all. ✝️💕

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” — Matthew 19:14

The good news is this: you’re not holding on to grace… Grace is holding on to you.
