Faith is a choice, but so is fear. If we do not choose faith, fear will govern our lives. This is something we cannot afford because fear is anti-faith and will keep us from achieving all that God has for us. Today, you will learn how to choose faith over fear.

As believer, we cannot afford to get complacent in our spiritual growth. We should be ever growing and getting stronger. We should be constantly advancing in our walk with The Lord. God wants to develop us, to mature us. To do this, He will demand more of us that we sometimes think we're able to give. But He knows and He wants to stretch us past our comfort zone. We will grow if we allow God to stretch us.

When we pray, we must operate in unshakable, unmovable, unyielding faith. We cannot allow doubt to creep in and destroy our prayers.

If we want our prayers to be effective, we have to pray from the proper position. But what is that position? Is it standing? Kneeling? Laying prostrate? Eyes open or closed? None of these are what this lesson is about. The position that matters is the position of relationship.
