Experience the Spirit of Greece at Joliet Greek Fest 2026 – A 110-Year Celebration! 🇬🇷

JOLIET, IL — This summer, the vibrant traditions of Greece come alive in the heart of Joliet as All Saints Greek Orthodox Church proudly celebrates its 110th Anniversary (1916–2026) with the return of its beloved Joliet Greek Fest. Taking place July 18–19, 2026, this annual cultural festival invites the entire community to step into a weekend filled with authentic flavors, lively music, and warm hospitality that has been cherished for generations.

From the moment guests arrive, they’ll be welcomed into an atmosphere where old-world tradition meets summer celebration. Whether you’re gathering with family, reconnecting with friends, or discovering Greek culture for the first time, the festival offers a rich and immersive experience—rain or shine, with both indoor and outdoor seating available to keep the celebration going comfortably all weekend long.

At the heart of Greek Fest is, of course, the food. The aroma of sizzling meats and freshly prepared specialties will fill the air as guests enjoy a menu packed with authentic favorites. From classic pork souvlaki and tender lamb to savory pastitsio and flaky tiropita, each bite reflects recipes passed down through generations. Sweet treats like loukoumades and traditional Greek pastries pair perfectly with a cup of Greek coffee or a refreshing frappé, offering a true taste of Greece without leaving Illinois.

No Greek celebration would be complete without music and dancing, and throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy a lively mix of Greek and American music that keeps the festival energy high day and night. It’s the perfect setting to relax, dance, and celebrate community together.

Adults can enhance the experience with a selection of refreshing beverages, including cold beer, Greek wine, Ouzo, and Metaxa, adding to the authentic spirit of the festival.

Adding even more excitement to the weekend is the festival raffle, where attendees can take a chance at winning big while supporting the church community. With $50 tickets, lucky participants have the opportunity to win a $2,000 grand prize, along with additional prizes, during the drawing held Sunday evening at 7:00 PM.

Convenience is also top of mind for visitors. Attendees can take advantage of close parking at Bicentennial Park with free shuttle service, making it easy to enjoy everything the festival has to offer without worry.

Located at All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, 102 N. Broadway in Joliet, Greek Fest is more than just an event—it’s a celebration of heritage, faith, and community that has thrived for more than a century.
