Have you heard of the Jesse Tree?? The Jesse tree is named from Isaiah 11:1, “A shoot shall come out of the stock of Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of his roots.” The ornaments of the Jesse tree tell the story of God in the Old Testament. This helps us connect to the Story Salvation during the Liturgical Season of Advent so that we may learn or recall why and how Jesus is the “Word of God made flesh” (JN 1:14) as a fulfillment of God promise to save us.

Join us tomorrow as we learn/revisit these stories and decorate ornaments that represent them 🎄
