The Johnstown Christian Preschool is governed by the Preschool Board of the Johnstown Presbyterian church, and has served the greater Johnstown community for over 45 years. The school is located within the church, is a fully incorporated, and licensed by the State of Ohio. It is open to students aged 3-5 of any faith or denomination. The goal of the school is to prepare each child for kindergarten

from a Christian point of view. Spiritual, social, physical, emotional, and of course academic growth are met through a variety of state endorsed activities and strategies. We operate following the Johnstown-Monroe Public Schools calendar. Registration begins in February for the upcoming Fall. One of our sweetest traditions at JCP!

Today was our 5th Annual Lemonade Stand. Our 3-year-old and 4-year-old students were so excited to welcome friends and family to our little school and serve up some delicious lemonade!

Our 3-year-old class raised $488.61, and our 4-year-old class raised $85.00, bringing our grand total to $573.61! 🎉

All proceeds will be donated to the Johnstown-Northridge Food Pantry.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our kiddos and for your generosity—you truly helped make a difference! 💛

What a special day in our little community! 🫶🏼

Today was our annual scavenger hunt, and we took to the streets of Johnstown following clues and collecting treasures along the way! Our preschoolers were treated to so many fun surprises and delicious goodies—it truly felt like a day full of magic and smiles. ✨

We are so incredibly thankful for the kindness, generosity, and love shown by the amazing local businesses who supported us. You helped create such a meaningful and memorable experience for our kiddos, and we are beyond grateful!

Goosetauv has been enjoying sharing the Story of Easter with our Pre-K kiddos using the Resurrection Eggs. This is a great way to share with the children. They love to listen to the story and guess what is inside each egg every day. If you’re looking for an engaging and interactive way to share the story of Jesus and Easter, we highly recommend these eggs. Goosetauv gives them two wings up.
