We bring a 4 day Cursillo style weekend to the prisons in Iowa and Nebraska

Just asking. Does anyone have a space that we could store the Brothers in Blue trailer. It’s about 12’ long single axle. It would be nice to find a place before next winter. Any help is appreciated. We are just not ready to sell it as we are still praying for a full return to prison ministry someday.

Group. We are headed back in the prison on March 27th for a one day event at NCCF. I would ask for your prayer support for this abbreviated session. God will work in whatever time is given. I would also ask that you consider posting words of encouragement on this post and we are hoping to be allowed to have them printed and ready to share with the guys attending the event. God bless all of your for your support and prayers.

Brothers and sisters in Christ. We have a call with the DOC this afternoon. Please pray for a miracle to allow us back inside to preach and spread the gospel message.

Group. I ask for prayers for the BIB and entry into the prison. I just spoke to Laura in the governor’s office and she is having a meeting the DOC tomorrow. Please pray for a positive outcome.

My mistake on the orginal post, the BBQ is the 27th and not the 17th. Sorry for the confusion. I'm going to assume all that have replied with a yes can still make it unless you tell us otherwise.

We would like to invite you all to a BBQ at 911 Southridge Drive in Boone on August 27th at 4 pm. If you do wish to attend, please RSVP to me at this post and we will look forward to seeing you. We pray that we will get back in the prison soon and we wanted to just reconnect with you.

Hello everyone. I wanted to reach out to the BIB community and let you know that the prison in Rockwell City (NCCF) is allowing volunteers to attend worship services on Thursday evenings. They are limiting the number at 5 however this is a start. If you are interested in attending you will need to send an email to Kelli Glasgo, the CoDR pastor at [email protected] and start the application process. I do hope we have some volunteers that would be available. I attended last week and it felt so good to worship with the men inside again.

I am saddened to inform you of the passing of Pastor Carroll Lang. Pastor Lang was instrumental in the founding of the Brothers in Blue movement and it was his passion that led so many of us to prison ministry. He will be missed and remembered fondly as the man that started it all for many of us as we found the wealth of Christ's love inside the razor wire. The service and arrangements are still pending and planned for a later date. We will inform you of these arrangements as we are made aware.
May God's peace surround his family as they mourn the loss of this great man of Christ.

It is with a sadness that I announce that dad passed last Thursday evening. He had been battling cancer. We are glad that he is no longer suffering and is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have attached a copy of his obituary with more details. We request prayers for mom, Norma Lubinus. Mom was a great caregiver to dad until the very end.
