This morning, we prepared 175 plates for the Needy Feedy Senior Ministry. Plates were ready and waiting when Calvin Henderson and the group of volunteers who deliver the meals arrived.

Once a month on the third Sunday meals are delivered to seniors throughout the county. Meals are prepared/sponsored by various churches and organizations.

Our thanks to everyone who helped us with this meal.

💫Yesterday was a special day at Mount Calvary! We celebrated Homecoming with Pastor Jeff Shealy blessing us in so many ways! Not only was his message about homecoming special, but he also blessed the children’s book bags and supplies as they prepare to start school and blessed our new playground! It was a day full of blessings! We would love to have you join us Sunday at 11:00am! 💫

Our annual Homecoming Service will be Sunday, August 2 at 11:00 am. Rev. Jeff Shealy will be our guest pastor. Steve McKinney will be our guest organist.

Following our worship service, we’ll have a covered dish meal in the Fellowship Building.

Our thanks to everyone who supported us and others at the Farmers Market in Ridge Spring today.
Thanks to those who donated items and those who worked.
It was a good day. We were able to visit with friends and others who were new to us. Most important we were able to tell others about our church.
