Greg explores what it means for humanity to be created in the image and likeness of God. While Scripture condemns idols made to represent God, God chose humanity to bear His image and represent Him within creation. Yet sin has distorted that calling. Instead of allowing God to shape us into His image, we often try to reshape God into our image by deciding what is best, determining how God should act, and putting God on trial when He does not meet our expectations. Greg points to Jesus as the perfect image of God and explains that through Christ, God is restoring His image in us, transforming who we are and how we treat others who also bear His likeness. He closes with a personal challenge: Will we allow God to remake us in His image through faith, repentance, confession, baptism, and godly living, or will we continue trying to remake Him in ours?
