"You Are Called" Disciple Group continues tonight!

Have you ever wondered what God has called you to do? God has created each of us with a purpose! You are not here by accident, and your life is not without meaning. He has gifted you, equipped you, and called you to walk in His purpose. The "You Are Called" Disciple Group is all about growing deeper in your relationship with God, discovering your calling, and learning to walk boldly in the plans He has for your life. It’s time to stop sitting on the sidelines and start walking in what God has called you to do!

SUNDAY RECAP | LET HIM HEAR

What an incredible Sunday at New Life Church! Pastor Alex brought a powerful word reminding us that there is a difference between hearing and truly listening.

“Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.” — Matthew 13:9

Sometimes, we have to get comfortable in the silence. Not every moment needs a response, and not every season will come with an explanation. Sometimes, God is speaking, and we have to quiet the noise around us long enough to listen.

Hearing is one thing. Listening is another. We can hear the Word of God and still miss what He is trying to teach us if our hearts aren't positioned to receive it.

The question is, are we just hearing what God says, or are we truly listening and allowing His Word to change us?

Slow down. Quiet the noise. Position your heart.
Let Him speak, and be ready to listen!

When we look at how far New Life Church has come, we can’t help but stand in awe of what God has done.

What began with two kids stepping out in Faith to plant a church has grown into 16 years of ministry, changed lives, answered prayers, and a church family that continues to grow in the Lord.

Pastor Justin and Pastor Tiffany, thank you for saying yes to the call of God. We are so thankful for the love, prayers, leadership, and dedication you pour into our church family.

We are blessed to have pastors who love God, love His people, and lead with such genuine hearts.
We honor you, appreciate you, and thank God for placing you in our lives!

And to think, this is only the beginning! The same God who was faithful in the beginning is still moving today. We are grateful for the foundation you have laid, the lives you have impacted, and the legacy of faith you are building for generations to come.

SUNDAY SERVICE | THE GARMENT OF HUMILITY
God showed UP and showed OUT this morning! 🙌🏼

Jesus showed us that true greatness begins with humility. If we want to walk in the authority of God, we must first learn to live in submission to Him. Pride will always stand in the way of what God wants to do in our lives, but a humble heart makes room for His will.

➡️The pathway to authority is submission.

➡️Heaven operates in humility. Hell operates in pride.

So how do we put on the garment of humility?
1. Get low before you get busy. Before you start your day, bow before the Lord. Thank Him, seek Him, and put Him first.

2. Do the hidden things. Be faithful in the things nobody sees. Serve without needing recognition. What you do in secret still matters to God!

3. Yield where you’ve been resisting. Take an honest look at your heart. Where have you been fighting His direction instead of surrendering to His will? Make sure your heart is aligned with Him.

Humility isn't weakness… It's a heart fully surrendered to God! We cannot expect to walk in His authority while refusing to submit to His leadership.
