St. Aedan's Church We are a Roman Catholic parish church at 800 Bergen Ave. in McGinley Square, Jersey City, a few blocks south of Journal Square. MASS SCHEDULE. MORE INFORMATION.

We are part of the Archdiocese of Newark. Our parish office is at 39 Tuers Ave., open from 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday to Friday. Sunday Masses are at 9 AM and 1 PM in English, and 11 AM in Spanish. Saturday Vigil Mass has returned and is scheduled at 5.30 PM. Weekday Masses are from Monday to Friday at 12:10 PM in English. ay of the month at 3.00 PM. Saint Peter's University students, faculty and staff along with the Saint Aedan's Parish Family are invited to this prayerful time before the Blessed Sacrament. COVID-19 GUIDELINES. [updated 05/23/22] For individuals who have had their Covid-19 vaccinations and booster, wearing of masks inside the church is now optional. If the individual is not vaccinated and boosted, wearing of mask inside the church is required. CONFESSIONS SCHEDULE. Confessions take place at the back of the church close to the main doors every Friday after the 12:10 Mass. Saturday Confessions will also take place starting at 4.30 PM before the 5.30 Vigil Mass or by appointment. Priest and penitent must wear their masks throughout the confession and social distancing observed by those waiting to go to confession. PARISH OFFICE SCHEDULE.
