Looking to Sunday LOOKING TO SUNDAY® provides a short, understandable reflection on the Gospel reading assigned by the Catholic Church for the upcoming Sunday.

Looking to Sunday provides a short reflection related to the Gospel Reading that will be proclaimed in the Roman Catholic Church the coming Sunday. The calendar date of each reflection is the date of the Sunday associated with that particular reflection. In many instances the Gospel reading being proclaimed in the Catholic Church on a particular

Sunday is also the reading being proclaimed at the Sunday services of many Protestant congregations. The reflection for the coming Sunday is published every Wednesday. This gives the reader the opportunity to prepare to hear the Sunday Gospel. It allows the reader to be “looking to Sunday” during the remaining days of the week.
