Absolutely heartbroken AGAIN💔 8 precious children (ages 3-12) had their whole lives ahead of them. Such an evil, senseless tragedy in Shreveport, LA allegedly by their own father. My heart is so heavy for these innocent babies. Please join me in praying for them right now. Dear Lord, Cover this grieving family with your love and the peace that passes all understanding Lord Jesus, and healing to the 2 (including a Mother) & another young woman fighting for their lives in the hospital. We lift up the hurting community who will now need strength and resources to support them during these difficult times. In Jesus name. Amen🙏🏾💔

Shreveport Councilwoman Chairwoman Tabitha Taylor said the incident was a domestic disturbance, which is something that the city council is working to be proactive with.

“Eight children are deceased. I can’t be strong, I think about this mother and the family and what the community has lost, and I do not have the words," she said through tears.
