An excitement is in the air as we prepare for our Annual Fall Revival on September 22-24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. each night. Our Guest Preacher is Rev. T. J. Andrus, Pastor of Mount Calvary Baptist Church in New Iberia, Louisiana and Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Baldwin Louisiana.

Today was a wonderful day of worship and ministry at Union Baptist Church. Children , parents, teachers, and school personnel gathered for prayer as they begin returning to school on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Two young people were baptized this morning, one united with the church last Sunday, and three more young people came up for baptism today. Hallelujah!

The Lydia Circle gave over 40 gift bags with a monetary stipend to each student. The gifts were made possible by the generosity of the Union Baptist Church. The Lydia Circle spearheads this project every year. The church is still the place to be.

Bro. Jeremiah K.Perkins, Associate Financial Aid Director of McNeese State University challenged us to use what God has given us to God’s glory in the Fathers and Sons Breakfast this morning.

Prayers were led by 31st Judicial District Judge Steve Gunnell, Rev. Gerald Riley, and Dr. Kieran Coleman. Bro. Warren Woods presented the speaker this morning. We undergirded JHS Principal Don Broussard in prayers as he begin his new role as Principal of Jennings High School.

The presence of men and boys in the house of God is an expression of what God is going to do.
