🌎 Since it’s Earth day, we had our lesson outside while we learned about creation, how God perfectly placed the earth so that life could be sustained, how God placed humans in charge of taking care of earth, that all things were created by and for Christ, and that one day everything here will pass away and God will create a new Heaven and Earth! Then we practiced being good stewards by picking up the trash we found on the playground. What a mighty and indescribable God we serve! 🌍

While Lent is something most associated with Catholicism, many others from different denominations (like yours truly) have also chosen to participate. Lent is a beautiful time to reflect on what Jesus did for us and even giving something up for 40 days as a way to draw closer to God leading up to Resurrection Sunday! Each week, we will be posting prayers that you can do everyday together as a family if you would like to join in this Lent season.
