Pastor Ken and Sister Karen are wonderful examples of faithfulness, dedication, and a genuine love for the work of God. They have faithfully served the Living Waters congregation and continue to lead a vibrant ministry that is making a difference in their community.

One of the exciting things about Living Waters is their heart for the next generation. They have a wonderful youth ministry, and it is always encouraging to see a church investing in young people and giving them a place to grow, worship, and discover their calling in God.

Pastor Ken is also tremendously gifted in music. Whether he is playing the guitar, sitting down at the piano, singing, or preaching the Word of God, he uses the gifts God has given him to be a blessing to the church and to the Kingdom.

Standing faithfully beside him is Sister Karen. She has been a wonderful helpmeet, First Lady, encourager, and servant to the Living Waters church family. Her faithfulness and support are a beautiful reminder that behind so many strong ministries is a faithful spouse who serves, sacrifices, prays, and helps carry the burden of ministry.

🌟🌟 PASTOR SPOTLIGHT 🌟🌟

Today we are honored to recognize Pastor Ricky and Sister Maria Braden, who faithfully serve the Shipley Grove Church of God Mountain Assembly in Tennessee.

When you think about Pastor Ricky and Sister Maria, one word that immediately comes to mind is kindness. They are the kind of people who make you feel welcome from the moment you meet them. Pastor Ricky has one of the kindest, gentlest, and friendliest spirits you will ever encounter, and that same love for people can be seen throughout their ministry.

Pastor Ricky is a wonderful preacher and singer, and God has certainly gifted him, but what I appreciate most is the spirit behind the gift. Talent can open doors, but character and faithfulness are what keep a ministry strong. Pastor Ricky and Sister Maria have demonstrated both through their faithful service to God and to the local church.

I have always believed that some of the greatest heroes in the Kingdom are those pastors and their spouses who simply keep showing up. They preach, pray, love people, stand with families through difficult seasons, celebrate the victories, and remain faithful to the place where God has planted them. Pastor Ricky and Sister Maria Braden are those kind of people.

The Church of God Mountain Assembly is stronger because of faithful pastors and families like the Bradens. We thank God for their labor, their love for people, and their commitment to the Kingdom of God.

Please help us honor Pastor Ricky and Sister Maria Braden and pray that God continues to bless them, their family, and the wonderful congregation at Shipley Grove!

🌟 Pastor Ricky and Sister Maria, we love you, we appreciate you, and we thank God for your faithfulness! 🌟

EXCITING NEWS FROM THE CHURCH OF GOD MOUNTAIN ASSEMBLY!

We are excited to announce that our General Overseer, Bishop Jon Walden, has just completed his newest book, When Brothers Fight.

When Brothers Fight is a biblical look at conflict resolution and what the Word of God teaches us about handling disagreements, hurt, division, forgiveness, and reconciliation.

Conflict can affect families, churches, ministries, friendships, and leadership, but conflict does not have to end in division. This book challenges us to handle our differences in a biblical way and reminds us that reconciliation, forgiveness, and unity should always be the desire of the Body of Christ.

The book will be available on Amazon beginning Monday, and printed copies will also be available within the next couple of weeks, along with an upcoming book signing.

Bishop Walden’s prayer is that When Brothers Fight will become a resource for pastors, ministers, church leaders, families, and anyone navigating conflict and seeking a biblical path toward healing and restoration.

Brothers may fight, but they do not have to remain divided.

Be watching for more information on how you can get your copy of WHEN BROTHERS FIGHT by Bishop Jon Walden!

🌟 PASTOR’S SPOTLIGHT 🌟

Today we are excited to begin our Pastor’s Spotlight, taking time to honor and recognize the wonderful pastors and families who faithfully serve throughout the Church of God Mountain Assembly.

Our first Pastor’s Spotlight is Pastor Eddie Johnson and his wife, Sister Lynette Johnson, senior pastors of the Fonde Church of God Mountain Assembly in Fonde, Kentucky!

Pastor Eddie and Sister Lynette have faithfully served the Lord and the people of their local church with dedication and love. Recently, the congregation celebrated an exciting new chapter as they moved from their historic log cabin church, built in 1933, into their beautiful newly renovated sanctuary.

What a testimony that you can honor where you came from while still moving forward into what God has prepared!

Pastor Eddie is a gifted singer and piano player, but more importantly, he is an anointed man of God with a heart for ministry and for people. We are thankful for Pastor Eddie, Sister Lynette, and the entire Fonde church family.

Please join us in celebrating them and, most importantly, help us pray for the work of the Kingdom of God that is being built in Fonde, Kentucky!

We appreciate you, Pastor Eddie and Sister Lynette. Thank you for your faithfulness, your sacrifice, and your continued labor for the Kingdom.

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” Jeremiah 3:15

Dear Pastor,

Sometimes Monday comes and we can think of a thousand things we would have done differently yesterday, and a few things we would do exactly the same.

Maybe you wish you had preached something differently. Maybe you wish you had handled a situation better. Maybe attendance was not what you hoped for. Maybe you walked away wondering if you really made a difference.

But rest assured, God is going to give you another opportunity.

Thank God for the people you were able to minister to yesterday. Thank Him for every prayer that was prayed, every seed that was planted, every hand that was shaken, and every person who heard the Word.

Put yesterday in the Lord’s hands. Ask Him to show you where you can grow. Ask Him to help you do better the next time. Then rest knowing that God can use what you did yesterday to make a difference in somebody’s life.

Pastor, you do not have to have a perfect Sunday for God to use your ministry.

Learn from yesterday.
Thank God for yesterday.
Then get ready, because another Sunday is coming!

Keep preaching. Keep loving people. Keep showing up. Keep being faithful.

God can do more with your faithfulness than you can do with your regrets.
