We’re proud to share an exciting milestone—our zoning variance for the new property has officially been approved. This achievement reflects the power of vision, persistence, and collaboration as well as constructive engagement with local authorities. It brings us one step closer to turning plans into something meaningful and lasting for the community we serve.

Grateful for the dedication of our team and the continued support of our stakeholders. The real work begins now—and we’re energized for what’s ahead.
