Today in Girls Ministry, we leaned into Matthew 11:28 and the concept of TRUE REST.

We talked about how Jesus isn’t waiting for the polished, "put-together" version of you. He wants you in the messy middle—when you’re stressed, overwhelmed, and completely "out of gas." You don't have to be strong to be seen by Him. In every season, especially the heavy ones, His invitation remains the same: “Come to me... and I will give you rest.”

To take that message home, the girls got creative and made their own custom bath soaks! 🌿🛁 It was a sweet reminder that self-care is even better when it’s paired with "Soul-care." As they use these, our prayer is that they remember to let go of the stress and find their peace in Him.
