Join us this Sunday from 6:30–8:30PM for our Student Dinner Fundraiser! 🍝✨🎤

Enjoy a spaghetti dinner 🍽️ while our students showcase some of their talents 🎶🎭🎸 throughout the evening! A minimum donation of $7 per person is recommended, but guests are welcome to give however they feel led ❤️

We encourage you to arrive by 6:30PM ⏰ so you do not miss any of the show! All proceeds will help lower the cost for students attending Twin Lakes Camp 🏕️ and the Big Creek Mission Trip

🧵 Community, creativity, and connection!

Our hearts are so full after last night’s Gospel Creations Ministry embroidery session! We had 18 wonderful people join us to craft, chat, and share community.

Here are a few highlights that have us praising God today:

Growing Fellowship: 6 people who attended don't currently go to Encounter!

Warm Welcomes: 2 ladies who visited us for the very first time last Sunday came out to create with us!

The Ultimate Friend: We explored "God’s thread of friendship" and how Jesus is our ultimate friend.

It was a beautiful night of stitching deeper connections with God and each other. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it so special!

📅 Save the Date: Missed out? Our next Gospel Creations event is happening in late August, where we will be working with polymer clay! Stay tuned for signup details.

Don't miss out on the picnic fun this Sunday at our Church Picnic. Fun times, great food, and lots of fellowship!!

Here are the details...

LOCATION: The picnic will be at Charlie Vettiner Park at the smaller shelter house near the mature trees and pickleball courts. Look for the signage once you enter the park. The park address is 5550 Charlie Vettiner Park Rd, 40299.

TIME: You can begin to arrive at 10:30am. We will start eating shortly after 11:00am.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Currently, the weather looks favorable to meet at the park. However, if there is a need to change the location to the church building because of rain, we will send out an email, text message and post to social media by 9:30am Sunday.

FOOD: Please bring a side dish or two to share. Those able to also bring a dessert are encouraged to do so. The church will provide hamburgers, hotdogs, buns, condiments, lemonade, water, ice, and paper products.

OFFERING BOX: We will have an Offering Box at the picnic for those prepared to give their tithe and offering.

BRING ALONG: You may want to bring lawn chairs and yard games to play. A sweatshirt might be a good idea since the temperatures are forecasted to be in the upper 60’s.

NO WORSHIP GATHERING: The picnic is in place of our Sunday Worship Gathering and we will not have a service at our church building.

INVITE YOUR FRIENDS: Invite others to join in the fun! We love making new friends. Let’s pack the park!

Don't miss this Sunday as we honor our graduates during the 10:00 am service. The Lord has blessed us with many students who have studied and worked hard to accomplish the goal of graduation! We will also take time to pray over the grads as they enter into this new season of life. Congratulations!!
