Our planting day was amazing!
A total of 2400 bulbs were buried throughout our cemetery in honor of life and faith and hope God offers to us and for those who’ve gone ahead of us in faithlife.
Many came out into the crisp cold morning. We worked together in a few teams to cover the area in waves.
While one person on a team drilled a hole, another followed putting the bulb inside, then another sprinkled in fertilizer, and the one at end of the line covered the hole. Quite an accomplishment!
“Two (or more) are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively.” Ecc. 4:9
It was a beautiful time of encouragement, focusing on hope of eternal life. After about 4 1/2 hours of planting we gathered for prayer and fellowship & lunch .
